Please show up on time so that you can cleat up and get warm before we start. Promptly at 10AM we will assemble for a quick chat before a group dynamic warm-up. Please remember to bring white and dark jerseys, a disc, and water.

If you’re interested in running with PoNY this year (we do a lot of running), please fill out this form and get on our tryout/practice lists.

Other than tryouts, the list will probably be a place where we post pre-season practices/scrimmages are posted. Last year we used this list to get players for scrimmages against the local college teams and to organize workouts. So sign up and lets play some flatball!

I love Ultimate Interviews, and Mark has done a great job with the site…but so many of the interviewees are all business. Talkin about working out, and trying to win all the time.  I’m proud that Jack was able to have a little fun, making jokes about working for the circus and slinging wine all day.
